If I was the starting SG on the Knicks...

...then we wouldn't have lost to the Raptors last night on a basis of luck. The final score was Toronto 90-85 Knicks at MSG.

Let me just say, if my NBA 2K12 My Player fantasy was real, we would have CRUSHED the Craptors last night. I lead all rookies with 25.7 PPG and I'm 9th in the NBA in PPG. I've also been on magazine covers, billboards, and even in a 'Where Amazing Happens" commercial. I've also hit two game-winning jumpshots already. But most importantly, I'm the starting two guard on the virtual 19-1 New York Knicks (only loss was opening night at home to Miami). I am the reason they are 19-1. If they didn't draft me 17th overall, they wouldn't be where they are right now.

But of course, that's just a video game. This is real life. The Knicks are 2-3. Amar'e is hurt. If only video games could be real...

Chris Paul to the LA Clippers

They did it. They are no longer laughingstocks of the NBA. The Los Angeles Clippers pulled off the Shock of the Century by acquiring superstar playmaker Chris Paul from the New Orleans Hornets. In return, the Hornets get rising star Eric Gordon, promising second-year player Al-Farouq Aminu, center Chris Kaman, and a 2012 first round pick from the Minnesota Timberwolves. This move has shocked all NBA circles, including many Laker fans who got absolutely nothing but commissioner David Stern's scorn. ESPN writer J.A.
